The steps below show exactly how our process will unfold.
Step 1: Verify Identity
Once the sign up process is complete, you are advised to forward us proof of your social security number and proof of your current mailing address. We ask for this up front because we verify your identity with the credit bureaus. By verifying your identity, we are able to increase the speed and efficiency of all processes involved (mycreditup.com, Credit Bureaus, Creditors).
Step 2: Review your credit reports.
After you have submitted the information requested, we will review your credit reports with you and inform you of your 3 credit scores. We will also inform you of your profile summary, which will outline how many negative items are on your credit reports and exactly what they are. If you already have your credit reports, then you can forward the reports to us during Step 1.
Step 3: We begin to work on the negative items.
At this time we will begin the investigation process by utilizing our time proven credit report repair strategies. Our experience with
The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act will now go into effect as we challenge the questionable negative items on your credit reports. This step will repeat through each cycle of our process. Our process consists of 6 cycles, and we will verify your identity with each cycle performed.
Step 4: Send results.
By law the credit bureaus have 30 days to perform our investigations, and they typically utilize the time given. Once they have completed our investigations, they must inform YOU of the results. They do so by mailing you a copy of your updated credit reports. Each report you receive will have a "results" page located near the top of the credit report - typically one of the top 3 pages. The results page will outline the negative items that we investigated and DELETED. Reviewing the results pages will allow you to monitor the progression of our process and essentially what you are paying for.
You are required to fax or mail us the Results from each round. After we review and process the results, we then repeat Step 3, only this time there will most likely be less negative items on your credit report.
*** We highly recommend you create a personal credit file folder, where you can store all of the information received in the mail over the next few months. By creating a credit file folder you are able to keep all documents in one place and monitor the progression of our process. Are you ready to take your first step toward financial freedom? Call Today!
